Though I am gone, I urge you to answer the highest calling of your heart and stand up for what you truly believe.
~ John Lewis

Are you participating in this week's Good Trouble events?
With your family and friends?
These reminders are for anyone planning to be a part of upcoming community actions, including events on Thursday, July 17.
❧ Take a dose of ETS before you leave the house.
Bring ETS for Humans with you for sun and heat exposure and in case you need it for any other reason during the day. Take one more dose when you get home.
If your kids are joining you, give them a dose of ETS before they leave the house, as needed through the day, and again when you all get home.
To further aid in everyone’s recovery — an ETS Bath (or spray) will do wonders that night or the next day.
❧ Have your EoP Infusion on you before heading out.
Make sure you and your family each have an EoP Infusion Pump on you before leaving the house.
❧ Use EoP to support your plans and actions.
For your overall general balance and well-being, take a dose (10 drops) of Essence of Perelandra (EoP) every day.
Do this with your EoP now and before each event to support your goals/reasons for your participation, and for helping you take action.
❧ Find more tips on using the Perelandra tools for maintaining your balance in today's world here.

Wondering what "good trouble" we're talking about?
It’s been five years since the passing of civil rights activist and U.S. Representative John Lewis.
This Thursday, July 17, tens of thousands of folks across America intend to honor his memory and carry his work forward on behalf of democracy, equality and our environment through peaceful action. Yes, good trouble lives on!
The types of events will vary, and build on these three intents:
➺ accessible voting rights
➺ fair representation
➺ accountability in politics
For instance, in our nearest town and across Virginia, people are volunteering this Thursday to help others in their communities register to vote. Our greatest commodity is our ability to choose. Each vote is how we make our choices known. And large coordinated efforts like this Thursday's Good Trouble Lives On events are an opportunity to make sure what matters to you and your community will be seen.
You can learn more about this Thursday's national day of action, and find a local or virtual event to participate in here:

And better understand the connection between civil, human rights and environmental activism here:

Focus. Commit. Act.
We all have a stake in our government systems — local, national and worldwide. If you wish to be involved in ways that improve our systems, consider these steps for getting help that are available to all of us thanks to the work of Machaelle Wright and the The Mount Shasta Mission. (You don't have to read the entire book to ask for help now.)
If you are in "there must be something more I can do" mode and would like to look into opportunities to speak up and take action on what matters most to you, go to Indivisible.org.
Starting tomorrow, July 16, Indivisible is offering training in the strategic logic and practice of non-cooperation to counteract authoritarianism and advocate for democracy. You can learn more here: One Million Rising.
