Good, Better, Best
Finding and Maintaining Balance in Today's World
It's important to pay attention to what's happening on our planet and in our communities. This includes listening to or reading the news, learning about climate changes and impacts to the environment around us, and interacting with friends and co-workers who are directly affected by removals of basic human rights, civil rights, reproductive rights and fair access to health care, and those who are impacted by other crises, disasters and war. Awareness makes us better participants but it can be a challenge to stay engaged and not freeze up with frustration and anxiety.
The Good Option
ETS & EoP Infusion Pump
Take one dose (10-12 drops) of ETS for Humans 3 to 5 times a day. Keep doing this until you feel like you have found your footing again. A good litmus test might be when you can read the day's news without bracing for impact first.
Keep your EoP Infusion Pump in your pocket. This will help you more easily maintain your balance throughout each day.
For children: When a news story or event has them rattled, have your children take one dose of ETS for Humans twice daily until you see that they have clearly re-established their normal connection to life.
‣ Children 11 years and older get one dropperful (10-12 drops).
‣ Children 10 years and younger get 5-6 drops per dose.
For companion animals: When a major event really throws you for a loop, it can impact your pets. Give your dog or cat one dose (10-12 drops) of ETS for Animals one time daily for two weeks, or as long as you are feeling the impact.
The Better Option
MAP & EoP
In addition to ETS and the EoP Pump, use MAP (Medical Assistance Program) and do regular MAP Stress Sessions. Tell your MAP team if you are feeling depressed, empty, scared, panicked, angry, shocked, hopeless, hopeful . . . Let them know what you're feeling, how it's impacting you and what you need help with.
If you have a nagging fear, concern or thought that keeps throwing you off balance, take a focused dose of EoP (Essence of Perelandra) to help you move through it. For example: If you dread talking with a friend or family member because they feel differently about what's happening politically or environmentally, take EoP before visits or conversations to help you maintain your composure. Or, if you just wake up in the morning overwhelmed, take EoP to help you move through the overwhelm and make healthy choices for yourself that day. See page 5 of the EoP brochure, or follow the easy steps explained here.
The Best Option
PIC List Testing
For an easy and comprehensive way to find, strengthen and maintain your balance, test which Perelandra Essences and Solutions you need using the PIC List.
We suggest the focus of: "The support I need physically, emotionally and mentally to move through the current social and political challenges, and maintain my sense of balance."
You do NOT need to know PKTT and you do not have to own every bottle to test the PIC List!
Bonus Tip
ETS & EoP Baths
We suggest ETS Baths and EoP Baths (or all-over sprays) often because they're so simple and effective. It is a wonderful way to relieve stress and help you get a good night's sleep.
