UPDATE: August 28, 2026
A gentle, important reminder:
Take Your ETS
The deadly flooding and mudslides in Nepal and Tibet are shocking and disturbing. The scenes look like something out of a disaster movie. But it's not conjecture. And that reality is jarring.
This level of devastation and loss impacts most everyone, though not to the same extent. However, a lot of folks initially respond to news like this similarly. Even people who know about and use ETS regularly tend to forget to take it during a crisis, exactly the time you need it most. This is one of those times.
If you forgot to take ETS in the moment, when you first heard the news, you can take ETS for Humans right now. It will still be helpful.
For everyone, when you experience, witness, hear, read about an event on this scale: Take your ETS.
If you have ETS for Humans,
take one dose (12 drops)
3 to 5 times each day
for the next 5 days.
so you can keep breathing, and thinking, and moving forward as you process what's happening.

If you feel completely thrown or feel as though you have hit a personal tipping point, plan on taking ETS for Humans 5 times daily for several weeks more. Make sure your kids take their doses, too.
For those directly impacted by disaster.
For those of you who know people in the area, who are in the midst of this or another disaster, and those who are directly impacted:
If you have ETS for Humans, take one dose (12 drops)
5 times daily for the next several weeks.
Make sure your kids take their doses, too.
If you have Climate Change Balancer, increase to twice-daily doses for the next several weeks —
12 drops twice daily for aduly
6 drops twice daily for your kids 12 and under
And begin giving your animals 6 drops of Climate Change Balancer once each day. After you are through the crisis and have returned to your regular once-daily dosage, you can stop giving this Balancer to your animals.
If you work with MAP, have a regular MAP session as soon as you can. Do this once or twice a week, as needed. When you are distraught from this or any crisis that just occurred and you're finding it difficult to function — open Emergency MAP right away and ask for help.
Our Efforts To Help With This
We know you are going through a lot of ETS, so we have a standing policy to send extra ETS with your 2-oz. and 8-oz. ETS for Humans purchases. These days can require extra effort, extra support to keep our wits about us and do what needs to be done.
And, we remind you about our Crisis ETS Service. It's available for you personally, or as a way for you to directly help friends and family members who would appreciate this kind of support.
If you are struggling financially, and if you or someone you know is going through a tough time right now — who just lost a job, or their home, or a loved one, or who has been hit by extreme weather, wildfire, flooding or other environmental disaster . . . We offer Crisis ETS: A free 1/2-oz. bottle of ETS for Humans.
All you'll need to do is cover some of the cost of shipping. You can order it here and we'll ship it to you or directly to your loved one, with a note saying it came from you. It will include a small card that explains ETS and how to use it. You won't have to explain anything. You can just say: "This helps me. You might find it helpful too."
ETS for Humans will help get you through, so you can think clearly, make good decisions and respond to the moment.
Helping Others In Need
If you have that natural urge to do something (or something more) to respond, may we suggest using our individual power to make a donation to someone whose home and community has been suddenly ripped out from under them.
How to Help Those Impacted by the Nepal Flash Flood
[TODAY, 8/27/26]
We've learned over many years that even people who know about and use ETS regularly tend to forget to take it during a crisis, exactly the time you need it most. It's difficult for us to choose when to remind you to take ETS, and we know if we over-remind, it becomes easy to tune out the message. But right now it would be irresponsible of us not to remind you to take your ETS when needed. We'll continue to post (and send) ETS reminders from time to time, as well as give you tips and suggestions for how to make the most of other Perelandra products and processes.
