The Crisis ETS Service
We were having a conversation about our customers who are calling to let us know that they are in the midst of an emergency and couldn't afford to purchase a bottle of ETS because they had other bottles they also needed to buy for their emergency. Machaelle said that someone going through a critical time should never be put in the position of having to chose not to get ETS. If ever there was a time for ETS, that's it. Then Machaelle — the queen of radical, pioneer thinking around here! — said something so simple and perfect:
Why don't we give a free 1/2-oz. bottle of ETS to anyone who needs it but can't afford to get it?
Once it sank in, it made total sense. So we've decided to just do it and open a new service. If you are in a health, family or economic crisis and feel stuck at the idea of putting out money for ETS at that time, just call us and ask for a bottle of Crisis ETS, or add it to your online order.
If you are ordering additional essential bottles, we will include a free 1/2-oz. bottle of ETS for Humans with your order.
If you aren't ordering anything else, then we'll ask that you cover some of the cost of shipping: We'll give you $5 off U.S. shipping and $10 off international shipping, after your order is submitted.
Our purpose is to make sure that as many of you who need ETS have it, so we won't be putting a limit on how many times you can take advantage of this offer. When you need it, just let us know.
