Timing Your Daily Doses
How to include Perelandra Solutions and Essences in your established daily routine.
It is easier and quicker than you may think!
Here is important, basic information on taking your daily doses, including how to time and coordinate those doses in conjunction with any other Perelandra Solutions and the Perelandra Essences.
We suggest you print this information, cut out the boxes with the directions for the products you use and tape them up near where you keep your bottles. That way, you can review the rules in real time, when you need to know.
You do not have to use every product listed.
This is just to help you coordinate what you are using.
A few rules that apply to everything:
1. When we say "wait 10 seconds" or "wait 15 minutes" it means don't put anything in your mouth during that time. Don't eat, drink, brush your teeth, take medications, pop a mint, smoke or vape or take any other Solutions or Essences. In other words, "wait" equals "keep stuff out of your mouth."
2. Should a dropper touch your mouth, tongue or any other surface: BEFORE putting it back in the bottle, wash the dropper off in hot, soapy water and rinse it well.
3. All of the guidelines here list the adult dosage. For children and infants, the dosage is different. See the instructional brochure for the Solution in question.
4. These guidelines are for oral doses only. Instructions for uses other than the oral doses can be found in the brochures for each Solution.
5. If you have an odd daily schedule and your "noon" is actually midnight, adjust the times listed here to match your wake/sleep schedule.
A trick to help you remember to take the Solutions:
Place the bottles where you normally are when it's time to take the doses. For example, you might keep your MBP Solutions on your bedside table and keep your Virus and Bacteria Solutions near the kitchen sink or on your dresser. It helps us!
ETS for Humans
One dose = 10-12 drops (a dropperful).
For an emergency, sudden upset or crisis:
Immediately take 1 dropperful.
Wait 3-5 minutes. Take 1 dropperful.
Wait 3-5 minutes. Take 1 dropperful.
Do this for the first 20 minutes of the emergency.
When taking once daily for general stress:
Take it any time of day.
Wait 10 minutes. Take one dose. Wait 1 minute.
When taking it 3-5 times a day:
Spread your doses throughout the day, with one dose at bedtime.
For each dose, do your best to first wait 10 minutes.
Then take one dose and wait 1 minute.
When also taking the Perelandra Solutions for Humans:
Wait 15 minutes. Take one dose of ETS.
Wait 1 minute. Take your Perelandra Solutions in any order.
Wait 15 minutes.
When also taking the MBP Solutions and/or Natural Aging at bedtime:
Wait 15 minutes. Take one dose of ETS.
Wait 1 minute. Take your MBP Solutions.
Wait 2 minutes. Take Natural Aging.
Go to sleep.
If you wake in the middle of the night from a nightmare or just have trouble getting back to sleep, take a dose of ETS. It will not change the effectiveness of your other Solutions.
ETS is more flexible than most Solutions. In an emergency, don't worry that you just took your External Parasites and Joint Health Solutions — just take your ETS like you would for any emergency. Also, you can take a dose of ETS a minute before you test yourself for Essences, or 10 seconds before you take your EoP.

Essence of Perelandra (EoP)
One dose = 10 drops.
Take any time you feel that Essence of Perelandra could be helpful.
Wait 10 minutes. Take one dose. Wait 1 minute.
For each specific health condition/issue, take EoP twice:
Once for overall health and well-being and again while focusing on the specific condition/issue.
Do not dilute. When taking EoP for multiple reasons, you can take the doses one after the other. You don't have to wait 10 minutes between each — 10 seconds will do.
Climate Change Balancer
One dose = 12 drops.
Take one time daily in the morning.
Wait 1 minute. Take one dose. Wait 1 minute.
During a crisis that is the result of climate change, take twice daily.
Do not dilute. Do not take at the same time as any other Perelandra Solutions.

Virus Solution and Bacteria Solution
One dose = 10 drops.
When taking once daily:
Take at any time of day.
Wait 10 minutes. Take Virus solution and/or Bacteria solution, in any order.
Wait 10 seconds between each Solution.
Wait 10 minutes.
When taking twice daily:
Take once anytime before noon, and again anytime in the evening.
Wait 10 minutes. Take Virus Solution and/or Bacteria Solution, in any order.
Wait 10 seconds between each Solution.
Wait 10 minutes.
Do not dilute. Do not take them at the same time as any other Perelandra Solutions.
MBP Balancing Solutions
Cardiovascular, Cell, Digestive, Endocrine, Immune,
Integumentary, Lymphatic, Muscular, Nervous,
Reproductive (M or F), Respiratory, Skeletal, Urinary
The number of drops per dose varies for each Solution and is indicated on the label.
When taking once daily:
Take them last thing at night, at bedtime.
Finish your evening routine.
Wait 15 minutes. Take your MBP Solutions, in any order.
Wait 10 seconds between each Solution.
When taking twice daily:
Take them last thing at night, as instructed above.
Take them first thing in the morning, in any order.
Wait 10 seconds between each Solution.
Wait 20 minutes.
Dilution is not recommended. If you insist, follow the dosage chart in the MBP Solutions Brochure. Mouth guards are okay, as long as they are clean and do not contain medication. If you wake up in the night and need to drink water, it's okay.
Perelandra Solutions for Humans
Joint Health, Bites & Stings, Internal Parasites, External Parasites, Energy Balancing & Stabilizing, Weight Balancing
The number of drops per dose varies for each Solution and is indicated on the label.
When taking once daily:
Take at any time of day.
Wait 15 minutes. Take your Perelandra Solutions, in any order.
Wait 10 seconds between each Solution.
Wait 15 minutes.
When taking twice daily:
Take once anytime before noon, and again anytime in the evening.
Wait 15 minutes. Take your Perelandra Solutions, in any order.
Wait 10 seconds between each Solution.
Wait 15 minutes.
Do not dilute. For best results, take these Solutions twice daily for the first three months.
Mouth Balancing Solution
One dose = 8 drops.
When taking once daily:
Take at anytime in the morning, before noon.
Wait 20 minutes. Take one dose. Wait 20 minutes.
When taking twice daily:
Take once anytime before noon, and again in the evening after dinner.
Wait 20 minutes. Take one dose. Wait 20 minutes.
Do not dilute, and do not take along with other regular doses of Solutions or Essences. You may also add the Mouth Balancing Solution to your Waterpik or use it as a mouth rinse. Instructions are in the brochure.
PIC Units
Take the number of drops directed for each Solution and Essence in your PIC Unit.
All PIC Units are taken twice daily:
Take in the morning between 6 AM and noon, and again in the evening between 6 PM and midnight.
Wait 10 seconds.
Take the drops needed from the bottles in your PIC Unit.
Wait 10 seconds.
When taking more than one PIC Unit:
State the focus for first unit and take the drops from each needed bottle. Wait 10 seconds. Then state the focus for the next unit and take those drops, and so on.
Do not dilute any of the drops in your PIC Unit. You may put 1 drop of each Essence (Rose, Garden, Rose II, Nature Program, Soul Ray) into a clean spoon and take them together. Do not mix any other drops in your PIC Unit.
Perelandra Essences
Rose, Garden, Rose II, Nature Program, Soul Ray
Take 1 drop per dose for each Essence that tests positive, or one dropperful per dose if you've made a solution bottle.
Basic Testing and Telegraph Testing can be done any time of day, and Daily Symptom Sweep is typically done at the end of your day.
Wait 10 minutes. Test and take your Essences. Wait 1 minute.
When taking dosages for Essence Telegraph Tests and the Microbial Balancing Program:
Take your doses according to what you tested, for example if you tested "3 times daily" then You're taking a dose morning, noon and night.
Wait 10 minutes. Take your Essence dosage(s).
When taking multiple dosages, wait 30 seconds between each.
When done taking all doses, wait 1 minute.
Natural Aging Solution
One dose = 10 drops.
Take once daily, last thing at night:
Wait 2 minutes. Take one dose. Go to sleep.
Do not dilute. If also taking the MBP Balancing Solutions, finish taking the MBP Solution drops, then wait 2 minutes and take Natural Aging.
