8 Ways to Have a Springier Spring
Spring and all the delightful things that come with this season of renewal are just around the corner. We thought you might appreciate some easy ways to use your Perelandra tools to support you, your animals, your environment, your goals . . . whatever you have on your mind to do this spring!
Pollen Season: Immune, Lymphatic and Respiratory Combo
If spring is a time of uncomfortable, fog-headed suffering for you, don't wait until problems flare up. If you aren't already taking the MBP Immune, Lymphatic and Respiratory Solutions twice daily, you will get your best results if you start now.
Take these three Solutions twice daily, every day. They provide strengthening and support to your systems most impacted by those bloomin' spring challenges, as well as a broad range of other issues.
The Perelandra Solutions have a cumulative effect when taken consistently over time. The longer you have been building your systems with these balancing patterns, the stronger your foundation, and the better you'll hold your own when faced with challenges to your well-being.
Pollen Season: Virus and Bacteria Combo
Ongoing research continues to find correlations between the health and balance of the microbes in your body and a variety of issues, including how you respond to things like pollen.
If you're already taking all of the Important Daily Solutions, then you're ahead of the curve for preparing your systems for the challenges of spring.
If you've just been taking the MBP Immune, Lymphatic and Respiratory Solutions and you would like to further shore yourself up, include the Virus and Bacteria Solutions in your daily routine.
The Perelandra Solutions have a cumulative effect when taken consistently over time. The longer you have been building your systems with those balancing patterns, the stronger your foundation. In other words, the sooner you begin taking them, the better prepared you'll be for spring's challenges.
Animal Care: Addressing Parasites and Joint Health
Many folks and their animals are exposed to not just ticks, but mosquitoes, flies and other "summer" insects all year 'round. Even if you live in a colder climate, now is the time to prepare. Ticks, fleas, mosquitoes, mites, flies, other insects and all of the parasites they carry are sometimes just a minor irritation. Other times they are a big challenge for our dogs and cats.
Springtime's not all bad, of course! It also usually means getting to spend lots more time outside running full-out, jumping and (if your dogs are like some of ours) trying to climb up trees to follow the scent of a squirrel. For older dogs that weren't quite as active over the winter, it would help to shore up their joint health before they really get out there and get going.
You can prepare, strengthen and support your dog and cat companions with the Feline Solutions and Canine Solutions. It's helpful to start your dogs and cats on daily doses now to build up their systems before exposure or activity increases.
Human Care: Insect Season, Camping, Picnics, Yardwork . . .
For many of the same reasons you give the Solutions listed above to your dogs and cats, you might consider taking the human versions for yourself! Build up now, have a more enjoyable time later.

Co-Creative Gardening
You can start following our Gardening Series anytime! And, you can do just a few of the steps with nature this year. You don't have to commit every aspect of your garden, or even every part of your garden or landscape this season.
Start with your DDP. That's shorthand for Definition, Direction and Purpose, or declaring your intent for your garden, and your desire to work with nature.
Then try the suggestions for soil prep or choosing your seeds and plants or layout or mulching. You'll just need The Perelandra Garden Workbook to start.
Goals and Projects: Spring Cleaning, Taxes, New Exercise Routine
Goals and projects are gardens — soil-less gardens, that is! If the word "garden" puts you off or seems overwhelming, we're here to say don't let that stop you. If the idea of partnering with nature to pursue a goal in new, surprising and balanced ways is appealing to you, well, that's soil-less gardening.
You can start simply by using ETS for Soil, ETS for Soil-less Gardens and EoP to support your spring cleanup projects, for preparing this year's tax returns and for supporting any other goal or getting help with day-to-day hurdles.
Disasters: Earthquake, Flood, Fire, Tornado . . .
Disasters suck. With a little preparation, the next disaster or crisis will suck a little (or a lot) less! Start with ETS for Humans for you and your family. Include ETS for Animals if you also have companion animals or farm animals.
Travel: Perelandra Style
For those of you planning to pack your bags and get out and about this spring or summer, prepare now — before you get busy with warm weather activities.
