Winter Weather Recovery Tips
For You and Your Home
This is for those of you who have been covered by snow and worn out by shoveling or clearing wind-shorn trees. It's also for those who want to be prepared for any extreme weather in the season ahead. We all seem to have our localized version of severe storms these days.
Oh, the snow! (and the sleet, and the ice, and the cold . . .)
Shoveling and clearing snow, scraping ice off your car, teetering along slippery paths, braving the cold . . . These things can make you and your muscles weary. A heavy, wet snow, higher accumulation and unusually cold temperatures can make it more challenging. When you're digging out, be sensible. Take plenty of breaks, and keep a bottle of ETS with you in case you need it right away. And when you go inside for a break, before you drink more hot cocoa, take a dose (10-12 drops) of ETS for Humans first.
Even the fun parts of snowfall like sledding and skiing can take a toll, especially if it's been a while. So, when the paths are cleared, you're safely off the road and back home, you've been declared snowball fight champion and the skis are back on the rack or the sled is put away, you can give yourself the additional comfort and support of an ETS Bath or Spritz.
For added support, take Climate Change Balancer and Essence of Perelandra (EoP) daily.
What about my trees and plants?
In addition to taking ETS for Humans, Climate Change Balancer and EoP for your own support while recovering from and/or bracing for the next storm, extreme weather event or environmental disaster, you can support your home environment as well.
You can shift EoP (Essence of Perelandra) to your home and/or land for any issue:
• general strength and balance
• repair and recover from flooding / wind damage / ice or snow damage
• strengthen and support in advance of a predicted storm (heavy rainfall, high winds, snow, ice, etc.)
You can also use ETS for Soil, ETS for Plants, Climate Change Balancer and other Perelandra Solutions:
Repairing Damage and Restoring Balance to Your Land, Plants, Trees, Shrubs and Garden
