A gentle reminder from the Question Line Duo:
Take Your ETS
With severe weather and wildfires happening across the U.S., and other kinds of storms emanating from the White House and in Congress . . . This is your friendly reminder:
If you have ETS for Humans,
take one dose twice a day, every day.
Or more often if you need, which is possible these days!
Make sure your kids take their doses, too.

Our Efforts To Help With This
We remind you about our Crisis ETS Service. It's available for you personally, or as a way for you to directly help friends and family members who would appreciate this kind of support.
If you are struggling financially, and if you or someone you know is going through a tough time right now — who just lost a job, or their home, or a loved one, or who has been hit by extreme weather and wildfire . . . We offer Crisis ETS: A free 1/2-oz. bottle of ETS for Humans. All you'll need to do is cover some of the cost of shipping. You can order it here and we'll ship it to you or directly to your loved one, with a note saying it came from you. It will include a small card that explains ETS and how to use it. You won't have to explain anything. You can just say: "This helps me and I think you might find it helpful too."
ETS for Humans will help get you through, so you can think clearly, make good decisions and respond to the moment.
Helping Others In Need
If you have that natural urge to do something (or something more) to address the damage left in the wake of changing U.S. policies toward our friends in Ukraine and for those around the world whose lives depended on USAID programs, may we suggest using our individual power to make a donation to someone whose support has been suddenly and inexplicably ripped out from under them.
Donate directly to Ukraine here:
Donate to other organizations helping folks who are struggling in some of the hardest places to be right now:
Or find a reputable charity that speaks to you:
