Help for this moment: Hold your balance, use your power, act.

January 10, 2026

In just the past week, the illegal extraction of a foreign leader without consultation with Congress, the seizure of Venezuela’s oil and placement of its proceeds into Trump’s own hands, the threatening of other countries, the open flouting of the Epstein Transparency Act, the shooting of Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis, and the government’s attempt to smear Good and to justify the state murder of a citizen exercising her constitutional rights have made it clear that officials in the Trump administration have fully embraced the same fascism that underpinned the Nazi government that American soldiers were fighting 80 years ago.

Help for This Moment
Hold your balance. Use your power. Act.

As we face the reality and gravity of the current U.S. administration's attempt to steer our country headlong into fascism, we can't let ourselves be drawn under or hide our heads in the sand.

When these kinds of events occur, it's easy to feel things are beyond our control. But you have Perelandra tools that can empower you to respond in ways that are helpful and that you can use to hold your balance and remain strong when terrible things happen.

Drawing on the words of civil rights activist and statesman, John Lewis, we encourage you to “make good trouble” and “urge you to answer the highest calling of your heart and stand up for what you truly believe.”

For regaining and holding your strength and balance.

For support as you step out of your comfort zone and “make good trouble” and so you can keep breathing, and thinking, and moving forward as you process what's happening in the world around you:

❧ Take one dose (12 drops) of ETS for Humans 2-5 times a day.

Make sure your kids take their doses, too.

❧ Work with MAP: The Co-Creative Medical Assistance Program.

This program will give you incredible support and a team to turn to when you are struggling physically, mentally or emotionally and for all health concerns.

If you already work with MAP, the MAP Stress Sessions are a quick and easy sanity-saver. If you haven’t tried this yet, this is a good time to start.

❧ Have your ETS and EoP Infusion on you.

If you are "making good trouble" by attending a peaceful protest or vigil, take your ETS and EoP Infusion along for maintaining calm and balance.

And remember these tips for peaceful dissent.

You're not powerless. Focus. Commit. Act.

For many years, Machaelle has called on the Power of the Individual to make change. That power is real. You can call on it now.

When addressing any government/military issue, Machaelle has given us the framework for getting help. Use the three simple steps you’ll find here.

❧ What is your biggest concern for you and your family, your business and your immediate community?

Your answer is your starting point. That's how we can each have the most impact.

If you are currently in a position to directly affect what is happening within the U.S. government and military structures, you can apply those steps to your work there as well.

Also, this service is not limited to the United States. It addresses the government/military activity in all countries and with every group of people who function within their own government/military guidelines. It's all connected. Three steps for getting help.

Add support to your work in this area using the tools we recently recommended for goals and projects (soil-less gardens).

We're not powerless.

Stay informed through calm, helpful, well-researched, factual information. There are many options available to us. Be discerning and do your best to know who you are reading and listening to, and what their credentials are. It matters.

One person we find helpful, who always offers reason and a clear-eyed, big-picture understanding is Heather Cox Richardson. We have referred to her before and still recommend her perspective. She is a professor of American history and an excellent teacher.

In her YouTube "Politics Chat" on Thursday, January 8, Heather points out all that happened Thursday afternoon as a result of individuals taking action and standing up to do the right thing, and shares what ordinary people can do right now.

We agree with her recommendations.

1. Act Locally

Be a witness. Be present. Hold others (and yourself) accountable. Participate in local governance — show up at meetings, put your name in the hat for a community board, run for local office and encourage your friends and neighbors to participate.

The place you start to change politics is at the local level. And so do that. Never forget that the reason we know what happened to Ms. Good was because so many of her neighbors were out there filming. And you know, you may not feel like holding up your camera and pushing a button is heroic, but remember, we wouldn't have known about George Floyd if that woman had not had the courage, the unspeakable courage really, to stand there while the cops are screaming at her and videotaping what they were doing. So acting locally like that, standing up for your neighbors, recording things, making a record. Doing things at the local level matters now, but it also matters for the future because it will change the way people think about governance.

2. Speak Up

Call your congressional representatives. There is now a crucial need to strongly press lawmakers (all of them) on the issues that matter most to you.

Call out the people who are not speaking up enough, and encourage those who are. At this point, it is important Republicans know that you do not stand behind a fascist government.

Here are quick references for finding your lawmakers and their phone numbers:
Senators
Representatives

Give them a call. Now's a good time!
