Insect Bites and Parasites, and The Microbes They Carry

UPDATE: August 2024

Insects & What They Pack In Their 'Suitcases'

Some things to consider when you're addressing
bites and parasites, and the microbes they carry.

Climate Change has upended any previous norms when it comes to insect activity. And with increased insect activity comes an increase in microbial challenges for us, our environment and our pets.

Each passing year offers a new concern spread by insects, in new places around the world. Mosquitoes in particular have been making the news lately and making a lot of folks nervous.

There is reason to be concerned. If you're not up on the latest, here's a great summary of what's occurring:

Insect illnesses spike around the world
[AXIOS, 8/29/24]

We have to be smart about how we address these issues, and try not to make things worse. So what's a human (who turns to nature for help) to do?

First, you'll want to shore up yourself, your animals and your environment so you can all better hold your own when insects start unpacking in your town. You don't have to do everything we suggest below. Begin with, or add on, what jumps out and seems most important for you, your situation and your particular concerns.

If you are taking the Daily Important Solutions, you're off to a great start by keeping your body systems and your microbes shored up and working on your side. Consider adding Endocrine and Nervous Systems Solutions to the mix, especially if there is insect spraying happening in your area.

Speaking of, if you missed our tips on what to do if there is spraying in your area (broad or just your next door neighbor), be sure to read and bookmark this article on addressing Airborne Pollutants & Insect Spraying.

Climate change has drastically changed the life cycles of insects.

Here, we used to be able to count on winter to give us a break from this kind of activity. There is no longer a "season" for many of the critters that can cause us trouble.

When beginning to prepare for exposure, the Bites & Stings Solution is a smart first step. Add a spray nozzle for topical relief, in addition to your oral doses.

To address or prepare for a specific concern from a broader perspective, begin also taking any or all of these Perelandra Solutions twice daily:

      • Human Internal Parasites

      • Human External Parasites

      • Bacteria and Virus too!

That got your brain gears turning! Biting and stinging insects carry and transmit bacteria and virus. The Bacteria and Virus Solutions patterns are working from the perspective of that group of microbes (hence the distinguishing "bacteria" and "virus" in the names), enabling them to provide broad, unprecedented coverage.

If you're already taking the Bacteria Solution along with your twice-daily Virus Solution doses, kudos! You are providing critical support. And you don't have to add any extra doses.

Don't forget your daily doses of ETS!

One dose* of ETS for Humans taken 2 to 5 times daily is a good standard to follow for all of the things life is throwing at us.

* A dose of ETS for Humans is about a dropperful or 10-12 drops.

Never underestimate what the Climate Change Balancer can give you. The range of insects and the problems they bring to the party are just one (big) example of what we're facing in this time of climate change.

And it's easy to fit just one daily dose into your routine!

If you work with MAP: Medical Assistance Program and are concerned about any issues related to insects, parasites, the illnesses they carry and/or spraying exposure, schedule a MAP session(s) to specifically focus on those concerns.

Tips for Communicating with Your MAP Team

For your home and home environment, begin with the processes you already know and use and are comfortable with and use those with a focus to address your particular concern(s).

If you don't currently use our environmental processes, start with the simple tips in our insect spraying article.

Other effective beginner processes for your home that anyone can do:

      • Shift EoP to your home environment using this focus: "For shoring up the balance in my home/yard/garden/farm/forest in light of the current spread of __________ (name of pathogen galloping your way)."

      • Include a Simplified Energy Cleansing Process in your home care routine.

      • Add the easy-to-follow steps for soil balancing with ETS for Soil.

If you use The Perelandra Garden Workbook, do a Troubleshooting Process to find out what your environment needs for strengthening in light of the particular concerns in your area.

If you use the Microbial Balancing Program, follow the steps for Phase 1 Testing for your Environment.

And don't forget about the strength of this program for yourself, with a focus on the issues of concern to you!

For your dog and cat friends, we recommend:

      • Canine Internal Parasites

      • Canine External Parasites

      • Feline Internal Parasites

      • Feline External Parasites

For your dogs, cats and horses or any other companion animals:

      • ETS for Animals

      • and MBP Balancing Solutions as needed

If you're juggling more than a few Solutions for your animals or just want the best, most comprehensive way to address their needs without having to trick them into taking the drops, see our tips about outbreaks and your animals.
