I work with a personal trainer twice a week followed by a swim in the chlorinated gym pool for 45 to 60 minutes followed by 10 to 15 min in the hot tub. Great gift for myself at 81.
My testing got me taking ETS for Humans before and after I work with the trainer and then again after the swim/hot tub before I shower. I find my body responded better to the training session once I added that in. I can step up to the challenges my trainer offers knowing my body has the support of ETS. And the chlorine seems to have less effect on my eyes and skin.
