Your Health Care
For you. For your loved ones. For our communities.
This newsletter is to call your attention to important events happening this week that are addressing the drastic cuts to our health care resources and services — the impact of which will be felt for many years to come.
It's also to share the Perelandra processes and products that are available to you right now to help you when addressing any health concern or caring for a loved one who is ill.
Do you know about "Seven Days in June"?
In July of 2025, U.S. bill H.R. 1 was signed into law and a plan to cut healthcare services and resources by nearly one trillion dollars was officially set into motion. This week, SevenDaysInJune.org marks the beginnings of a grassroots movement to help you learn what changes are coming, including what may happen to the services that matter most to you and your community, and give you tools you can use now to clue your neighbors in on what to expect and help you communicate your concerns to your town and local officials while there's still a chance to do something about it.
"Most of it doesn't really kick in until after the midterms, December and January. But by this time next year, tens of millions of Americans all across the country of every description you can imagine, except of course the very rich, are going to be suffering deeply because of of that bill. People are vaguely aware that they're going to cut a trillion dollars from Medicaid, but they haven't yet understood what that means in their communities, what that means to the system of rural hospitals, what it means to clinics, what it means to vaccine development and cancer research and what it means to the VA hospital."
"This is one of those areas where we can find common ground and understand that all of us are going to be harmed by this. I want people to understand before they go in the voting booth in November just exactly what these people voted for and how urgent it is that we have a Congress that can at least act starting in January to begin to mitigate some of these horrendous consequences."
"So, out of that came 'Seven Days in June.' It's not the answer, but it's a step. And I encourage everybody to go to sevendaysinjune.org. There's a toolkit, there's facts, there's great links to show people state-by-state just what's going to be closed — how many hospitals are going to be closed, how many patients are going to lose their care, how many employees are going to lose their jobs. It's really it's quite extraordinary and most people don't have a clue what's going to happen. . . . With just a little amount of digging, you can actually get down to the county-by-county level. Some small rural counties are going to lose as much as a quarter billion dollars."
"You can't just overnight recreate the infrastructure that has been dismantled and destroyed. So part of our goal in this first week of June is to encourage local communities to work with their elected officials, with their health department officials, with their agency heads, with their advocacy groups to just shine a light on what those federal cuts mean to their local budget. And I can tell you with certainty that there's not a mayor or a county administrator in this whole country who has any certainty about what kind of budget they're going to have next year. How do they plan? How do they assure continuity of care? The first step is for people to get educated and understand what it's going to mean in their town."
"It would be great if people can do it the first week of June, but if you can't get it together by then, do it anyway. We want people to organize town hall meetings. We want them to to come together as community, hopefully in person but virtual as well, to talk with the elected officials and department heads and just get a handle on it. Another thing we want people to do is to hold candidates nights and insist that everybody running for office, up and down the ballot, no matter what their party affiliation is . . . This isn't a niche issue. It shouldn't be an ideological issue. What are the candidates going to do to address this crisis?"
"This struggle is very real. And what we do over the next few months, the next couple of years, is going to impact hundreds of millions of people, not just in this country, but all around the world. So, let's get our shit together and fight back."

Most events are scheduled for Friday, June 5th. For inspiration and encouragement, here's a short article about an event held earlier this week.
During the vigil, State Rep. Izzy Smith-Wade-El (D-Lancaster) reflected on how strong healthcare coverage gave his family access to treatment options for his mother's cancer, helping her live nearly 10 years longer than the one year doctors had initially expected.
"Every family in the Commonwealth deserves what my family got," Smith-Wade-El said. "Every single congressperson enjoys extraordinary health insurance. And let me tell you something that you already know — they do not, we do not, work harder than you do."

What Perelandra has to offer when addressing any serious health concern and the recovery process.
When you're dealing with a serious illness that requires frequent tests, going to different doctors, getting a series of treatments, outpatient and inpatient procedures, and then more tests, it's difficult to take in and learn even more new approaches to health and balance. Everyone wants to offer helpful advice in an effort to support you, and sorting through it all is difficult when you're sick and faced with so many critical decisions.
This article is where you'll find tips and guidelines for applying the Perelandra tools that you already have, and what tools you may consider adding when you're ready. Don't feel you need to do all of the things listed. Start with just what you can manage given your time and energy level.
When the worst is over and you've moved into your recovery and recuperation phase, there is still a lot from Perelandra that is easy to use to enhance and improve the process. If you hadn't the need before and don't already use these products, you might not think about them when you find yourself in a new predicament. And if you used any of these tools to help you through your health concern but dropped that support too soon in your recovery, you may need a little more shoring up while in the home stretch on the way back to "normal."
Again, you do not need to do all of the things listed. Keep it simple. Use what you can manage given your time and energy. But if you feel stuck in your recovery process, pay attention to what jumps out at you when you read these suggestions. It may be the kick-start for your next phase of healing.
Finally, if you're caring for a loved one who is seriously ill, whether from an outbreak or any other illness, you can follow the guidelines from our January 2021 article on caring for others.
If your loved one is choosing not to use any of the Perelandra products or processes, there are tips for you, the caregiver, provided here. Start with the easiest of all: One dose of ETS for Humans 3-5 times daily. And if you have it, one dose of Essence of Perelandra (EoP) 3-5 times daily as well.
