Include nature in your life every day — anywhere you are.

Include Nature in Your Life Every Day
No matter where you are, and not just on Earth Day!

Start by remembering nature is already a part of our lives, we all have this living, breathing partnership already going. All we need to do is acknowledge nature is present in everything that we see and hear and touch in our world, no matter where we live. Our bodies are nature. Our companion animals are nature. Our home and everything in it is nature. The point is to make this partnership conscious, make our communication with nature intentional and recognize that nature has something to offer us that we don't have. Nature knows balance. In order to bring our lives into balance and maintain balance, we have to include nature.

Your actions don't have to be big to matter. And you don't have to spend hours and hours a day to build your partnership with nature. Just commit to a little bit of time each day — something manageable that you can easily fit into your busy schedule. Before you know it, turning to nature for help will be, well . . . natural!

Here are some ideas to get you started.

What can you do with 5 minutes

to include nature in your life?

Shift EoP and/or ETS for Soil-less Gardens and/or ETS for Soil to a project or goal that you're struggling with.

Ask nature for some insight and help with that challenging goal. Then remember you asked and remain aware so you notice nature's hints and ideas coming your way!

Add EoP or ETS for Plants to the watering can when you are watering your plants.

Do the Biodiversity Process on the 1st of the month.

Shift EoP to your home environment for balance and calming support.

Do the Nature Shift for Soil Balancing for your home nvironment or your houseplants or your garden.

Shift EoP to new plants when you bring them home for balancing, strengthening and adjusting to your environment.

Think about what you and nature have accomplished in your soil-less gardens, your in-the-soil gardens, with your health — take a moment to say thank you for the help.

Cool off this hot summer day with a snowy Perelandra day!

What can you do with 10-15 minutes

to include nature in your life?

Do the Simplified Energy Cleansing (of your home, your car, your land, your office or desk, your pillows, your bed. . . ). You can make this a part of your cleaning routine. On the day you change your sheets or the day you clean your bathroom, also do an energy cleansing.

When you are doing your online shopping for body/hair/make-up products — connect with nature and ask for help choosing products that won't harm your health, animals or the environment. Say it out loud. Then listen, follow your gut.

Ask nature what type of fertilizer(s) your plants need for good health. Read a list and go with what jumps out. Or if you know PKTT, test the list. If you have it, see pages 171-176 of The Perelandra Garden Workbook.

Start a gut garden.

Start a gut soil-less garden.

When the car won't start or the printer won't print, say, "I'd like a connection with nature for my car" (or "for my printer" or "for my truck's tailgate"), explain the problem and ask for help resolving it. If you have it, shift Essence of Perelandra too.

Ask for nature's help with your community volunteer project.

Get to know nature better: Read What Is Nature Intelligence? from The Perelandra Garden Workbook.

What can you do with 30 minutes to an hour

to include nature in your life?

Try the Calibration Process, to ask for nature's assistance in getting you unstuck, realigning you to your DDP (goal or "definition, direction and purpose) for the thing that's stuck. See pages 61-64 of the Perelandra Soil-less Garden Companion.

Give your companion animal some care and attention with the Nature Healing Process for Companion Animals.

Give your microbes some care and attention: Try Microbial Balancing Program (MBP) Phase 1 Testing. Once you're familiar with this simplified process, it can go into the 10-15 minute list.

Activate a Soil-less Garden and include nature's intelligence, balance and strength in your project.

Participate on the Equinox and Solstice days by stepping back from your routine and taking time to acknowledge nature's rhythms and aligning yourself, your garden and your projects with those rhythms.

How about allowing nature intelligence to join us in equal partnership to give us the input we need to make new decisions and live in new ways that have a strong, positive impact on our lives and our health, as well as the planet?
