REVISED: January 28, 2025
How are you doing?
Are you in shock that you've suddenly got more snow and ice in your neighborhood than, well, ever?
Do you live in California and are you facing threats of more wildfires where you live? Or have you or friends lost a home to wildfires?
Do you have friends and family dealing with fires, earthquakes, ice, unprecedented weather, arctic temperatures — some of whom may also still be recovering from flooding or other disasters?
Is your head spinning from the rapid dismantling of environmental protections, blocking or ending efforts to address climate change during a time many of us can just look out the window and see the need for those protections?
Remember to take your Climate Change Balancer daily, and remind your family to take it.
If you are in the thick of these events, take it twice daily and give it to your companion animals daily.
Just 12 drops per dose. Anytime. Wait 1 minute before and after taking it. That's it. It's made for exactly these times.
Do you work with MAP?
Remember to talk to your MAP team about how this week (or several weeks) have affected you and your day-to-day life.
If you've been slip-sliding on ice for the past week(s), with falls or near falls, or white-knuckling your drives to-and-from work, tell them! Where are you tightened up, bruised, twisted or busted?
If you've been anxious, depressed, angry, frightened . . . about the chaos, reversing of progress and revenge-driven decisions begin made for the U.S. that will have an impact on nearly everyone around the world, talk about it with your team.
If you or your family has already been impacted by those revenge-driven decisions, lost a job, are under threat of losing your home and/or work, or family members are being forced to leave their home and work — talk with your team about how this is affecting you.
If you've been stress-eating or drinking or smoking more, tell your team, talk about what it's like for you when you reach for that next _____ that you don't actually want or need. Ask for help, including personal strategies to address this.
Read our tips on working better with your MAP team to make the most of your sessions and their help.

ETS for Humans
aka "Ol' Reliable"
ETS for Humans is a safe, natural solution that's taken orally. It's used for any sudden or "unscheduled" physical, emotional or mental situation that causes anger, frustration, confusion, pain, panic, irritation, fear . . . When these kinds of "intrusions" occur, we immediately reach for and take ETS for Humans.
Once we stabilize ourselves with ETS, we're better able to thoughtfully, calmly turn our attention to what else we need to do to address what has occurred. But it's important not to file ETS away as "just for emergencies." ETS offers fortifying support during difficult or unpredictable times to help you think well and keep moving forward.
If you are simply living in the world right now: Take one dose (10-12 drops) of ETS 1-2 times daily.
If you are experiencing an ongoing crisis (or two): Take ETS for Humans 3-5 times a day.
Do you include ETS with MAP?
ETS for Humans is not required for MAP, but it is very helpful for stabilizing the changes that are implemented during your MAP sessions and supporting you as you adjust to those changes. Learn more here.
