Knocked off kilter? Here's what you can do.

Update: May 2025

Many of us are feeling a bit knocked about right now. Here are some reminders of simple things to do for yourself, to keep moving forward. Because we really do need to keep moving forward.

Been feeling like this?

Luna and Scout

Or this?

Peg Leg Pete

Or maybe this?

Blue Foot

First, take (or keep taking!) your ETS.

We suggest taking one dose of ETS for Humans 3 times daily, up to 5 times a day if you're really struggling.

Take it as often as needed, including anytime you see/read/hear something that knocks you off kilter during your day. Keep this up daily.

Then it's a good time for a MAP Stress Session!

Machaelle and her team have given us a way to get some much-needed help for these uniquely challenging times. The "MAP Stress Session" is designed specifically to address the kind of ongoing stress and chaos that can quickly overwhelm us and take us under. It's not like a regular 40-minute MAP session. You only need to dedicate 30 minutes of uninterrupted alone time for a MAP Stress Session. It'll be your "me time" to vent or "stress dump."

Learn more and get the MAP Stress Session steps here.

Wondering what the heck "MAP" is? Read this.

Don't work with MAP yet?

This will help! Take a 20 minute ETS for Humans or Essence of Perelandra (EoP) bath today. Don't have a bathtub or just not a fan of baths? Try the spray instead. Learn about ETS and EoP baths and spritzes here.

Looking for a 1-minute, 2-step way to get relief?

Take two doses of Essence of Perelandra (EoP), ten seconds apart.
One dose of EoP is always 10 drops.

taking drops1. Say aloud and focus on this when you take your first dose: "This is for my general health and well-being in light of the way I feel right now." Then wait 10 seconds.

2. Then say aloud and focus on this when you take your second dose: "This is to help me function well while addressing my underlying _____________ [fill in the blank]."

Some examples for that blank are anxiety, depression, anger, fears, worries, grief, headache, exhaustion, foot pain . . .

This is important: Address one issue at a time. Do not list all of those examples or everything you can think of into one dose.

You can address multiple issues, but you need separate two-dose rounds of EoP for each issue. Repeat these two steps daily for each issue until you are back on track.
