Sometimes when we are caught up in the whirlwind of activity (and often nuttiness) that we humans create, nature stops us in our tracks with a wonderful surprise.
Perelandra is a nature sanctuary first and foremost and that was made quite evident last week. Machaelle estimates this little bear is about two years old. He climbed over the garden fence, ambled right past the office windows, and happily raided our birdfeeders, in preparation for a long winter’s nap. Somehow, doing no damage whatsoever! It was a kick to watch — from inside of course! We’re grateful to have caught the antics.
The holidays can get a bit whirl-windy and nutty, so we wanted to share this wonderful surprise of joy with you.
