STRANDED WHALES, DOLPHINS, MARINE LIFE
If you work on a response team for stranded whales, dolphins or other marine animals in stress and you are rescuing one stranded or stressed mammal:
Administer one dose of ETS for Animals using the N.S. application process every thirty minutes until the animal has been successfully moved back out to sea and is on its way.
If you are working with more than one stranded or stressed mammal:
Administer one dose of ETS for Animals using the N.S. application process to each animal. Then do the process again for each animal. Continue administering ETS for Animals using this rotation process until the crisis is over. As each mammal is moved back out to sea, you can eliminate that mammal from the rotation and just focus on the mammals that are still stranded or stressed.
Note: Sea mammal response teams are strict about what constitutes proper response and who is doing the responding. Do not do this process unless you are a member of the team that is responding.
